So, its been quite a while since I posted anything at all – my apologies for that, I have been very busy with studies and my camera has been acting up a bit so haven’t really been taking that many shots recently. Anyway, I will try and post as often as I can but please don’t expect me to post everyday.
Okay, anyways, down to business. Below is a shot of one of my gerbils (Scruffy). They are not quite that docile but enjoy posing so I took the oppurtunity and took a few snaps. Enjoy.

I use to have 2 gerbils when I was in high school (that was a very long time ago).
They were called “chirp” and “twirp.” They made awesome little pets and were very friendly. I use to take them outside to the yard and let them jump around in the grass. When they were done, they usually found their way back to me. I never had to go look for them.
One time I went on vacation and my mother was left in charge to take care of them. They had knocked the screen mesh top off their cage (which was a large aquarium tank) and got loose in my bedroom. She refused to go in to look for them so my dad had to do it when he got home from work. When I returned from vacation, I found that they had enough time to chew stuffed animals, album covers and electrical cords!! Thank goodness they hadn’t gone through the rubber coating.
Anyhow, I just wanted to share that when I saw your pic of Scruffy. Thanks for showing his picture.
